Currently we are working with New Tribes Mission Australia out of their HQ at Laurieton, NSW. Our focus will always be to impact people although our roles may change and evolve. As God shapes and challenges us, our ability and desire to be involved in various aspects of an organisation and ministry will change also.
Di and I are both in roles that stretch our boundaries. I am called the Australian Ministry Coordinator, and am responsible for ensuring the smooth integration and working together of all the ministries in Australia. I am only just beginning to come to terms with the enormity of the task and of some potential ways forward in it. Di is involved in the Missioanry Training arm of the organisation, and is working with a team to develop a new course, that will include biblical, missions and language training to better equip people.
We have been here for a little over 12 months now, and the challenge is to stay the course. The instigation of change can be draining and wearying, and the temptation to give in is often there.

- Ask that we will be sensitive to the needs of the people with whom we work
- Celebrate that we have new family every day in various corners of the earth as a result of faithful people sharing God's word
